Filing and case information
To provide managed e-filing services, we may process filing packets, party and matter details, court location information, case management system exports, attorney approval records, rejection details, acceptance stamps, docket events, case numbers, and related operational records.
Payment account information
Filings are intended to run through a customer's own court payment account. We may process account identifiers, filing fee metadata, and payment-status information needed to submit or reconcile filings, but we do not advance or float court fees.
